Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your SolvingESG subscription at any time from your account settings (Dashboard → Settings → Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the platform until that date.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and receive a full refund, without giving a reason.
This right does not apply if, at the time of purchase, you expressly requested that the service begin immediately and acknowledged that this waives your cancellation right. Where we begin the service immediately, we will clearly present this acknowledgement at checkout.
To exercise your cooling-off right, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of subscribing. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Refunds Outside the Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day cooling-off period, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or for non-use of the service.
Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis where:
- The platform experienced a material service failure that we were unable to resolve within a reasonable time
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part
- Exceptional circumstances apply (assessed at our discretion)

4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refund is provided for the unused portion of an annual subscription unless the cancellation falls within the 14-day cooling-off period or a material service failure has occurred.
5. Price Changes
If we increase subscription prices, we will give 30 days' notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund for any prepaid period at the old price.
